Are your items brand new?

All items are brand new excluding single, graded cards and some comics. All action figures including funko pop plus supplies are all brand new stock. 

Do you Ship Outside New Zealand?

Including New Zealand we will also ship to Australia. Postage costs will be additional, you can get an accurate amount from cart.

Do you offer pickup?

We are online only, we do not offer pickup. You can expect delivery of items across New Zealand within 2–5 business days and to Australia within 5–10 business days.

Where are you Based?

We are based in New Zealand. We are currently only offering a online based store at this time.

I want to cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched and you wish to receive a refund please notify us. Please note that a 10% restock fee may apply. If you want to swap for something else please let us know.

Is stock on hand and in New Zealand?

Yes all stock is in New Zealand and on hand. We don’t dropship.

Are the images of the cards?

Yes all cards that are on the website are the actual scanned card you will receive.

What are your opening hours?

As we are an online shop, we are open 24 hours a day. However, we do need sleep, so a human can only speak with you from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on any items including single & graded cards plus sealed and other collectables.

If a sealed product arrives damaged, do not open it and contact us immediately. At our discretion we will advise options we can take.

If deemed you can return item, shipping is at your expense and order will be refunded once item(s) are returned.
