How to ship trading cards
How to ship trading cards requires preparation to protect their condition & value Whether you’re sending a single card or a bulk collection.
Here is what we do to send you your cards using best practices.
Shipping trading cards requires preparation to protect their condition and value. Whether we are sending a single card or a bulk lot, following best practices ensures safe delivery while minimising costs.
1. Preparing the Cards
We begin by protecting individual cards by placing the trading card in a penny sleeve—a soft, anti-static plastic sleeve—to guard against scratches and dust
For added security, we will insert the sleeved card into a rigid toploader (hard plastic holder) to prevent bending or creasing. If we ship multiple cards, we group them in team bags (resealable plastic sleeves) and also use cardboard dividers to avoid friction damage.
We always avoid overstuffing your trading cards in sleeves or toploaders, as overcrowding can warp or bend those cards.
2. Packaging
We clearly mark your package initially with name and address.
We will book and print the courier label and then photograph the packaged cards before shipping.
This provides evidence of their pre-shipment state in case of disputes with the courier and for your assurance.
